How to Find Studio 270-

Parking at The Threadmill is free, and the location features a giant parking lot that offers hundreds of parking spaces, plenty of which are directly in front of the building.

Studio 270 is easy to find! Once you come in through the front door, you’ll find the elevators directly ahead. Take the elevator to the second floor. Look for the only suite with a black front.

If security is on your mind, don’t fret – we’re located in a safe area, and the Threadmill is home to both the police department and a city office.

About the Threadmill: Studio 270 is located in Austell (Metro Atlanta, close to South Fulton, Marietta, Powder Springs, Mableton, and I20) on the second floor of a three story thread mill from the 1930’s giving you the historic charm only a vintage building can give. If you look closely at the original wood floors, you can see where the desks used to sit and pieces of metal spool are forever preserved in its boards. This charm, along with its twenty foot windows gives a one-of-a-kind backdrop for your next creative idea, creating Metro Atlantas most luxurious art studio.
